PinTech Digital is a performance marketing agency that delivers quality leads to its clients. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to support our senior performance marketer in planning, running and optimising client campaigns.

Key responsibilities

- Set up, run and monitor campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Assist the senior performance marketer with campaign strategy, audience targeting, budget tracking and optimisation.
- Track daily performance (leads, CPL, ROAS) and flag issues early.
- Prepare regular campaign reports for clients and the internal team.
- Coordinate with the creative and design team on ad creatives and copy.
- Support other digital marketing activities such as social media, landing page checks and lead quality follow-up.

Requirements





- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and take guidance from senior team members.
- Good communication and time management.
