P.K. Agencies is looking for Field Sales Executives to develop and maintain business relationships with supermarkets, hypermarkets, and major retail outlets in and around Thrissur.

The role involves visiting retail outlets, introducing the company's wholesale product range, generating orders, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting repeat business.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit supermarkets, hypermarkets, and retail outlets regularly.
- Introduce products and explain the wholesale product range to prospective customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with shop owners, store managers, and purchasing personnel.
- Generate sales orders and follow up on orders and repeat purchases.
- Follow up professionally on outstanding customer payments and credit balances.
- Maintain regular communication with customers and support ongoing business development.

Salary and Benefits

- Fixed salary: ₹25,000 per month.
- Performance-based incentive:



Average approximately ₹5,000 per month; actual earnings may vary depending on performance.

Eligibility and Skills

- Candidates with a 10th-standard education or below may apply.
- Freshers are welcome; prior sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel regularly for field visits.
- Ability to build customer relationships, generate orders, and follow up on payments professionally.
