Key Responsibilities
- Provide body massages and relaxation treatments according to client requirements and training.
- Perform spa services such as aromatherapy, body scrubs, body wraps, and other approved wellness treatments.
- Consult clients about their preferences and check for relevant contraindications before treatment.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in treatment rooms, equipment, towels, and spa facilities.
- Explain available treatments, procedures, and aftercare recommendations to clients.
- Ensure client privacy, comfort, and qualified boundaries at all times.
- Manage appointments and maintain client treatment records.
- Recommend suitable spa packages and wellness services when appropriate.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and company policies.
