We are looking for a creative, confident, and result-oriented Content Creator & Outreach Executive who can create engaging content for social media platforms and manage outreach activities to build brand visibility, connect with creators, and generate collaboration opportunities.

The ideal candidate should have strong content creation skills, excellent communication abilities, and an understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social media platforms. The candidate will be responsible for both content creation and outreach, helping strengthen our online presence and expand our network.

Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month
Experience Required: Relevant experience in content creation and outreach preferred

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Social Media

- Create engaging and creative content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Develop content ideas, captions, hooks, scripts, and concepts for reels, posts, carousels, and short-form videos.
- Research current social media trends, viral content formats, and industry-relevant topics.
- Create content that aligns with the company's brand identity, marketing objectives, and target audience.
- Collaborate with the design and video editing teams to execute content ideas effectively.
- Assist in planning and maintaining a consistent social media content calendar.
- Monitor content performance and suggest improvements to increase reach, engagement, and brand awareness.

Outreach & Relationship Building





- Conduct outreach to influencers, content creators, brands, and potential collaborators.
- Identify relevant creators and businesses for collaborations, partnerships, and promotional opportunities.
- Reach out through Instagram, LinkedIn, email, and other suitable communication channels.
- Draft personalized outreach messages, collaboration proposals, and follow-up communications.
- Build and maintain a database of influencers, creators, prospects, and collaboration opportunities.
- Follow up consistently and coordinate with interested parties to convert outreach into successful collaborations.
- Track outreach activities, responses, and conversion rates.

Research & Performance Tracking

- Stay updated with social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging content formats.
- Maintain records of content published, outreach completed, responses received, and collaborations secured.
- Work toward improving social media reach, engagement, brand visibility, and outreach results.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of content and marketing activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

✔ Strong creativity and a passion for content creation and social media.

✔ Good understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, reels, and short-form content.

✔ Excellent writing skills for captions, scripts, hooks,



and outreach messages.

✔ Robust communication and interpersonal skills for influencer and brand outreach.

✔ Ability to research trends and generate fresh, engaging content ideas.

✔ Confidence in approaching creators, influencers, and potential collaborators.

✔ Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

✔ Basic knowledge of Canva and social media analytics is preferred.

✔ Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the team.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in content creation, social media management, influencer marketing, or outreach.
- A creative mindset with an understanding of what makes content engaging and shareable.
- Comfortable communicating with influencers, creators, brands, and business professionals.
- Proactive, organized, and willing to take ownership of both content and outreach activities.
- Familiarity with AI tools for content research, ideation, and productivity will be an advantage.
