Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Team Leader to lead and manage our digital marketing team.

The candidate will be responsible for the overall team performance, digital marketing strategy, client management, project execution, task allocation, quality control, and coordination with other departments.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, hands-on knowledge of digital marketing, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to manage multiple clients and projects while ensuring timely and quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the complete Digital Marketing team and oversee day-to-day operations.
- Plan and execute digital marketing strategies for multiple clients and projects.
- Manage and coordinate SEO, Social Media, Google Ads/PPC, Meta Ads, Content Marketing, and other digital marketing activities.
- Allocate tasks to team members based on project requirements, priorities, and individual expertise.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, deadlines, and project progress.
- Review the quality and accuracy of work before final delivery to clients.
- Set team goals and KPIs and regularly track performance against them.
- Analyse campaign performance and identify areas for improvement and optimisation.




- Guide team members in developing effective strategies to achieve client objectives.
- Handle client communication, understand requirements, provide strategic inputs, and resolve concerns.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss project updates, priorities, challenges, and performance.
- Coordinate with Business Development, Website Development, Graphic Designing, Content, and other teams for smooth project execution.
- Ensure all projects and client deliverables are completed within agreed timelines.
- Mentor, train, and support team members to improve their skills and performance.
- Identify performance gaps within the team and take corrective measures wherever required.
- Prepare and review client performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform updates, tools, and industry best practices.
- Handle escalated client/project issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Improve internal processes and team productivity.
- Take complete ownership of the Digital Marketing team's performance and deliverables.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
- Prior experience in team handling/leadership is required.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads/PPC, Meta Ads, Content Marketing, and Digital Marketing Analytics.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategy, campaign planning, execution, and optimisation.

- Strong leadership, delegation, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple clients, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and strategic-thinking skills.
- Ability to mentor and guide team members.

- Good knowledge of relevant digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.

Working Conditions & Company Structure

- Work Mode: Work From Office
- Working Days: 5 days a week
- Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
- Break: 1 hour
- Probation: Minimum 3 months, during which performance, responsibilities, and work ethics are evaluated.
- Leave: Employees are entitled to applicable sick and earned leave as per company policy.
- Restricted Holidays: Available subject to company policy and approval after confirmation.
- Notice Period: As per company policy and employment terms.
