e are seeking a dynamic and self-driven Business Development Executive to join our marketing team. This role is field-oriented and involves meeting potential clients, understanding their business needs, and generating quality leads to grow the company's client base. The ideal candidate will play a key role in nurturing leads, building long-term relationships, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Bank Visits :building relationship, and creating the patners and growing business
- Responsible for daily bank visits, generating business leads, building strong relationships with bank officials, onboarding new partners, and developing partnerships to drive business growth.
- Client Visits: Conduct on-field visits to engage with potential and existing clients, introduce company services, and identify new business opportunities.
- Client Communication: Communicate effectively in person and over the phone to understand client requirements, propose suitable solutions, and establish trust.




- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue current business leads through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Lead Management: Maintain consistent follow-ups with leads, providing necessary information to help them progress through the sales funnel.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Education: Background in Finance or Marketing preferred.
- Experience: 0–2 years in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage clients effectively.
- Lead Generation & Follow-Up: Ability to find and nurture potential business leads.
- Requirements: Must own a motorcycle and a smartphone for daily work activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
