About the Role

Panache Boutique is looking for a confident, enthusiastic, well-presented, and customer-focused Boutique Sales Executive to join our team in Akurdi, Pune.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for fashion and luxury products, and the ability to provide an exceptional shopping experience to customers.

Candidates with experience in boutique sales, luxury retail, fashion products, and customer relationship management will be preferred. Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable fashion and luxury products.

- Explain product features, quality, designs, and pricing.

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.

- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

- Build robust relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.

- Assist in boutique promotions, marketing activities, and customer engagement.

- Maintain attractive product displays and boutique presentation.

- Coordinate with team members for smooth daily operations.

- Follow up with potential customers and convert inquiries into sales.





- Maintain professional grooming and a positive attitude at work.

- Strong customer handling and relationship-building abilities.

- Experience in sales, preferably luxury products, fashion, or boutique retail.
