Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Executive cum Staff Trainer to manage HR activities, train employees, implement company SOPs, and improve staff productivity and performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage attendance, leave, employee records, recruitment, and onboarding.
- Conduct staff induction and regular training sessions.
- Train telecallers in calling scripts, admission counselling, follow-ups, and objection handling.
- Train administrative staff in documentation, data entry, and customer service.
- Implement SOPs and monitor compliance across departments.
- Evaluate staff performance through call audits, assessments, and feedback.
- Identify training gaps and provide corrective coaching.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR and training reports.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration,



or a related field; MBA HR preferred.
- At least 1 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, training, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of HR operations, SOP implementation, MS Office, and reporting.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
