Qualification: Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering
Experience: 3–6 years in PPC, preferably in railway fabrication or sheet metal manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and monitor production plans as per customer schedules and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Purchase, Quality, and Design departments.
- Monitor material availability, job status, production progress, and dispatch schedules.
- Manage BOMs, work orders, routing, and daily production reports.
- Track WIP, identify bottlenecks, and ensure timely order completion.
- Maintain production MIS and implement corrective actions for delays.
Preferred Candidate: Experience in railway fabrication, sheet metal fabrication, welded assemblies, and manufacturing planning.
