About the Role
Riddhish Import & Export is looking for confident, enthusiastic, and customer-friendly Telecalling Executives to join our growing team. The selected candidates will communicate with customers who enquire about our agricultural machinery products through WhatsApp, social media advertisements, and other lead-generation channels.
The role involves understanding customer requirements, providing basic product information, following up on enquiries, and coordinating with the sales team to convert potential customers into confirmed orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Call customers who have enquired about our agricultural machinery products.
- Follow up with leads received through WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate product information.
- Share product photographs, videos, prices, and brochures through WhatsApp.
- Maintain proper records of customer calls, enquiries, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding pricing, delivery, order status, and customer requirements.
- Follow up with interested customers until the enquiry reaches the next stage.
- Maintain a polite, professional, and helpful communication style.
- Achieve assigned daily calling and monthly lead-conversion targets.
Candidate Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th pass); graduates preferred.
- Freshers can apply; prior telecalling or customer-handling experience will be an advantage.
- Comfortable speaking in Hindi and Bengali; basic English communication is preferred.
- Basic smartphone and computer knowledge.
- Ability to communicate confidently, listen patiently, and handle customer questions.
- Disciplined, punctual, organised, and willing to learn.

Important: The ₹12,000 in-hand salary is the fixed take-home amount. Attendance and performance incentives are additional and subject to company policy and eligibility. The communication allowance is subject to the company's reimbursement or allowance policy.
