Job Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product assistance.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests promptly.
- Support customers with product information, availability, sizes, colours, and pricing.
- Assist with billing, exchanges, returns, and other customer service processes.
- Coordinate with the sales and store teams to resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain good customer relationships and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Follow store policies and maintain proper customer service standards.
- Support daily store operations and maintain a clean and organized customer area.

Requirements:

- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-friendly attitude and positive approach.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in a retail environment and handle customers professionally.
- Previous experience in clothing/fashion retail will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
