Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & Revenue Generation

- Achieve aggressive monthly and annual targets for student enrollments, booking, billing, and cash collections.
- Plan, execute, and monitor local marketing activities, open-market lead generation campaigns, and corporate or college tie-ups.
- Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring the counselling team converts walk-ins and digital leads effectively.
- Actively step in for high-value student career counselling sessions when necessiry

. Team Management & Leadership

- Supervise, motivate, and manage the performance metrics of the academic trainers, sales counsellors, telecallers, and support staff.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the staff and perform daily/weekly productivity reviews.
- Manage class schedules, faculty batch allocations, and trainer attendance to maximize classroom efficiency.

- Ensure strict adherence to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and brand guidelines laid out by Aptech and Lakmé.
- Maintain standard infrastructure upkeep, center hygiene, and high visual brand presentation.

Student Management & Placements
- Drive student satisfaction by regularly monitoring attendance, resolving customer grievances, and minimizing course dropouts.
- Plan student engagement programs, industry masterclasses, graduation events, and skill workshops.
- Partner with local salons, bridal studios, and beauty brands to build placement pipelines and career assistance options for graduating students.
