NEOMSTON CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an experienced and technically proficient Senior Project Manager to lead construction projects, manage technical and operational activities, and ensure quality execution from foundation to final handover. The ideal candidate should have robust civil engineering knowledge, project management experience, leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with clients, contractors, consultants, and site teams.

Position Senior Project Manager – Technical & Operations Employment Type Freelance / Project-Based Experience Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction project management.

Educational Qualification B.Tech / M.Tech in Civil Engineering.

Key Responsibilities 1. Project Planning & Execution - Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects from foundation to final handover. - Develop project schedules, execution plans, and resource requirements. - Monitor progress against approved timelines and budgets. 2. Technical & Structural Management - Review structural and architectural drawings. - Coordinate structural, RCC, and other construction activities. - Identify technical challenges and coordinate appropriate solutions with qualified professionals. 3. Site Supervision & Quality Control - Supervise site engineers, contractors, and construction teams. - Ensure work complies with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements. - Monitor construction materials, workmanship, and site progress. 4. Estimation, BOQ & Billing - Prepare or review project estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and material requirements. - Monitor project costs, contractor bills, and resource utilization. - Support cost control and financial reporting. 5.



Software & Documentation - Use relevant technical software, including AutoCAD, STAAD, Revit, and 3D tools, as required by the project. - Maintain project reports, drawings, progress records, and technical documentation. 6. Client & Team Coordination - Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and suppliers. - Provide progress updates and resolve operational issues. - Manage client expectations and support successful project handover. 7. Interior Design Coordination - Coordinate interior design and finishing activities where included in the project scope. - Ensure design requirements are implemented according to approved specifications. Required Skills - Strong technical and project management capabilities. - Knowledge of structural engineering, RCC, estimation, BOQ, and billing. - Proficiency in relevant engineering software. - Excellent leadership and communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and solve project-level problems. - Solid commitment to quality, accountability, and deadlines.

Compensation - Project fee: ₹1,00,000 per project. - Travel allowance: ₹10,000, subject to the agreed terms. - Performance incentive: ₹10,000, subject to the approved performance criteria. The project scope, deliverables, payment milestones, and applicable allowance and incentive conditions will be documented in the freelance agreement.

Future Opportunity After successful completion of 12 projects, both parties may mutually agree to convert the engagement into a permanent full-time position. Any permanent salary and employment terms will be discussed and negotiated separately.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
