Job Description

The Social Worker will support beneficiaries with spinal cord injuries and their families by understanding their social and financial needs, providing emotional support, coordinating rehabilitation services, connecting them with welfare schemes and community resources, conducting follow-ups, and maintaining beneficiary records to help them rebuild their lives with dignity and confidence.

Qualifications and Requirements`

Qualification: MSW or any degree with a strong interest in social work.

Communication Skills: Good communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills.

Travel: Willingness to travel for field visits, beneficiary follow-ups, and community outreach activities if needed

Language: Ability to communicate in Tamil.

Commitment:



Willingness to relocate to Tiruvannamalai and build a long-term association with the institution.

Empathy and Compassion: Understanding the emotional, social, and financial challenges faced by persons with spinal cord injuries and their families, and supporting them with commitment, dignity, and care.

Professional Approach: Interest in beneficiary support, social assessments, family coordination, rehabilitation services, community engagement, and connecting beneficiaries with appropriate services and resources.

Salary will be offered based on qualifications, experience, skills, and value addition to the institution.
