KPS Engineers & Contractors is a Chennai based MEP contractor with over 18 years in plumbing, fire fighting and allied works for builders, hospitals and industries. We need a Project Engineer to take full charge of plumbing works at our high-rise residential project site at Kuthambakkam, Chennai. Responsibilities: - Site in-charge for all plumbing works; supervisors, plumbing sub-contractors, store and safety staff report to you - Plan daily and weekly work as per site schedule and client programme - Execute work as per PHE drawings and specifications - Material planning, indents and store control - Coordinate with client and PMC engineers at site - Daily progress report, measurements and JMR for billing - Quality checks, pressure testing and inspections - Make sure safety rules are followed at site Requirements: - B.E.
/ Diploma in Mechanical or Civil - 5 to 8 years in internal plumbing for high-rise residential towers - Positive knowledge of CPVC, UPVC, SWR, GI pipes, valves and pumps - Mivan / aluminium formwork sleeve work experience is an added advantage - Able to read drawings; working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel - Able to manage labour teams and sub-contractors on his own - Tamil and English; Hindi will help Job location: Kuthambakkam, Chennai (site based) Salary: As per experience Joining: Immediate Send your CV to [email protected]
