Meetings: 8 in-person meetings/month, ~1.5–2 hrs each

About Us

Super Marketing Bros is a performance-focused affiliate marketing company working with experienced marketers and media buyers in the USA.

We create ads across Lead Gen, Bizop, Nutra, E-commerce, Affiliate Marketing & Direct Response.

What You'll Do

- Edit UGC, talking-head & AI videos
- Create fast-paced video & static ads
- Make variations of winning creatives
- Create graphics, thumbnails & AI-generated assets
- Turn scripts/briefs into finished ads
- Research Meta Ad Library for inspiration
- Develop hooks, angles and creative concepts
- Use AI tools to generate and improve ideas
- Make quick revisions based on feedback
- Produce around 20–30 creatives/week, depending on workload

What We're Looking For

- 1+ year editing/creative experience
- Strong video editing skills
- Comfortable learning AI creative tools
- Fast, detail-oriented and creative
- Valuable understanding of ad structure: Hook → Retention → Problem → Solution → CTA




- Basic scripting and advertising knowledge
- Able to write effective AI prompts
- Good English communication
- Curious, adaptable and willing to experiment

Tools we use: CapCut, Higgsfield, Arcads, ChatGPT, DeepSeek & other AI tools.

You don't need to be a performance marketing expert. Our media buyers will guide you on offers, audiences and creative direction.

Work Structure

Primarily remote/WFH, with flexible working hours between 6:30 PM–6:30 AM.

8 monthly in-person meetings for strategy, training, campaign reviews, brainstorming and team collaboration.

Delhi candidates preferred.
