About the Role

We are looking for a creative, trend-savvy, and results-driven Social Media Manager who can build our brand presence, develop engaging content strategies, and produce viral-worthy content across social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in content marketing, storytelling, trend analysis, and audience engagement, with a proven ability to turn creative ideas into high-performing content.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, reach, engagement, and lead generation.
- Create innovative content ideas and produce engaging, shareable, and viral-potential content, especially Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- Plan, develop, and manage content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Lead content marketing initiatives, including storytelling, campaign planning, brand communication, and promotional activities.
- Identify trending topics, viral formats, audio, memes, and audience interests to create timely and relevant content.
- Develop creative concepts, scripts, hooks, captions, and calls to action for videos and social media posts.
- Coordinate with videographers, video editors, designers, presenters, and internal teams to execute content ideas.
- Monitor social media analytics, including reach, views, engagement, shares, saves, follower growth,



and lead conversions.
- Conduct competitor analysis and continuously experiment with new content formats and growth strategies.
- Manage social media campaigns, contests, influencer collaborations, and promotional activities.
- Maintain consistent brand voice, visual identity, and content quality across all platforms.
- Prepare regular performance reports and recommend improvements based on data and audience behaviour.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management, content marketing, or digital content creation.
- Proven experience in developing engaging social media content and successful campaigns.
- Strong understanding of viral content strategies, social media algorithms, and current digital trends.
- Excellent creative thinking, storytelling, copywriting, and communication skills.
- Ability to develop compelling video concepts, scripts, hooks, and captions.
- Hands-on experience with Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Knowledge of social media analytics, audience insights, and performance tracking.
- Experience coordinating with creative teams and managing multiple content projects.




- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet content deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in education, study-abroad consultancy, edtech, or service-based industries.
- A portfolio showcasing high-performing Reels, Shorts, campaigns, or other social media content.
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar software.
- Experience in influencer marketing, personal branding, and lead-generation campaigns.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Growth in social media reach, impressions, and followers.
- Number of high-performing and viral-potential content pieces published.
- Video views, watch time, shares, saves, and engagement rate.
- Consistency and quality of content production.
- Leads and enquiries generated through social media.
- Campaign performance and achievement of monthly content targets.
