Job description:

Position: HR Associate
Location: Udyog Vihar Phase IV, Gurugram
Industry: B2B Textiles, Commercial Apparel, Work Wear, Uniforms
CTC Offered: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Experience Required: 2–4 years
Qualification:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- MBA in HR preferred but not mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes across departments
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy in salary disbursements
- Plan and execute employee engagement and training activities
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies




- Support the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives
- Assist in performance management and employee development programs
- Handle employee queries and provide HR operational support
