We are seeking a Planning Manager to develop, monitor, and control project schedules for a hospital construction project, ensuring timely completion of all milestones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare baseline schedules, detailed work programmes, and project progress reports.
- Monitor actual progress against planned schedules and identify delays and critical-path issues.
- Coordinate with civil, structural, MEP, procurement, and execution teams.
- Conduct progress review meetings and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain planning documentation and provide regular updates to project leadership.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering and Architecture or a related discipline.
- 4–6 years of planning experience in hospital projects,
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project, with robust scheduling and analytical skills.
