- Provide nursing care to patients as per hospital policies and protocols.
- Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes in the patient's condition.

- Maintain accurate patient records, nursing notes, and treatment documentation.
- Follow infection prevention and control practices.
- Ensure proper handling of medical equipment and nursing supplies.
- Maintain patient safety, privacy, dignity, and confidentiality.
- Educate patients and their families regarding treatment and care.
- Follow hospital policies, NABH standards, and applicable nursing guidelines.
- Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
- Perform duty handovers and maintain continuity of patient care.
