JOB SUMMARY

The Senior AI & Application Development Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, deploying, and maintaining production web and mobile applications, backend services and REST APIs, AI-powered applications and intelligent workflows, AI agents and agentic applications, RAG-based applications, business process automation, internal business applications and dashboards, third-party/ ERP /e-commerce /marketplace integrations, data processing and synchronization systems, and cloud-based applications and services.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

A senior hands-on engineer with 5+ years of strong application development experience, strong software engineering foundation, solid backend/API development, real production experience with LangChain and LangGraph, understanding of RAG and AI agent architectures, ability to build AI-powered apps from scratch, scalable architecture design, database and data processing knowledge, multi-API/system integration, production debugging, clean maintainable scalable code, security/authentication/authorization/data integrity,



production deployment/support ownership, and clear communication of technical decisions, timelines, risks, and blockers.

Experience building production-grade AI agents; strong LangGraph and LangChain experience; complex RAG systems; multi-agent or multi-step workflows; AI memory/state management; vector databases; AI evaluation and observability; AI integrations with ERP, e-commerce, and marketplace platforms; Shopify/WooCommerce APIs; Amazon/Walmart/eBay/Etsy APIs; Priority ERP or similar; n8n/Make/Zapier; mobile application development; React Native or Flutter; AWS and Docker; CI/CD pipelines; large datasets and high-volume API processing.
