Online Bidding Executive – IT & Digital Marketing Services

Job Description

We are looking for an Online Bidding Executive to identify relevant business opportunities on freelance marketplaces, submit customized proposals, and generate qualified leads for our IT and digital marketing services. The role involves understanding client requirements, researching project opportunities, writing persuasive proposals, managing bidding activities, and following up with potential clients to secure meetings and business opportunities.

The ideal candidate should have valuable written communication skills, an understanding of client requirements, and the ability to identify projects that match our services, including website development, digital marketing, SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, and other IT-related services.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify relevant projects and business opportunities on platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, PeoplePerHour, Guru, Contra, Truelancer, Malt, GoodFirms, DesignRush, and other suitable business opportunity portals.
- Research project requirements, client expectations, budgets, timelines, and competition before submitting proposals.
- Write customized and persuasive proposals based on the client's actual requirements instead of sending generic bids.
- Identify opportunities related to website development, SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, web design, and other IT and digital marketing services.
- Maintain and optimize company profiles, service listings, portfolios, case studies, and project descriptions on relevant platforms.
- Manage platform-specific bidding activities, including Upwork Connects, Freelancer bids, and other applicable bidding credits.
- Track submitted proposals, responses, shortlisted projects, client conversations, scheduled meetings, and conversions using spreadsheets or a CRM.
- Follow up professionally with potential clients and respond to project-related questions.
- Coordinate with the sales, business development,



and technical teams to understand service capabilities and prepare relevant proposals.
- Monitor marketplace trends, competitor profiles, project demand, and new opportunities to improve proposal quality and bidding results.
- Prioritize projects based on relevance, client requirements, budget suitability, and the likelihood of conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of bidding activities and report progress, qualified opportunities, and results.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
