Job Summary

BMEC Imaging Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Cathlab Service Engineer specialising in Philips Allura FD10 and FD20 systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, breakdown troubleshooting, and repair of these Cathlab systems, with a strong preference for Philips-trained or certified engineers.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance of Philips Allura FD10 and FD20 Cathlab systems.
* Diagnose and resolve faults involving X-ray generators, imaging chains, flat-panel detectors, C-arm assemblies, system electronics, and associated components, as applicable to the installed configuration.
* Troubleshoot system hardware, software, electromechanical, and imaging-related issues.
* Attend breakdown calls, minimise equipment downtime, and provide timely on-site technical support to hospitals.
* Carry out equipment performance checks and safety inspections in accordance with applicable procedures.
* Coordinate with Philips technical support and other authorised resources for complex faults, where applicable.
* Maintain service reports, maintenance records, spare-parts records, and equipment service histories.
* Follow radiation safety procedures, hospital protocols, and applicable regulatory requirements.
* Support AMC/CMC activities and maintain professional relationships with hospital biomedical engineering teams and clinical users.

Educational Qualifications

* B.E./B.Tech in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering,



Electrical and Electronics Engineering, or Instrumentation Engineering.
* Diploma holders with substantial, relevant Cathlab service experience may also be considered.

Experience and Technical Requirements

* 2–5 years of relevant experience in Cathlab or cardiovascular imaging equipment servicing.
* Hands-on service experience with Philips Allura FD10 and FD20 systems is strongly preferred.
* Philips OEM-trained or certified service engineers will receive preference.
* Strong troubleshooting skills in X-ray imaging systems, generators, detectors, system electronics, and electromechanical assemblies.
* Familiarity with preventive maintenance, breakdown resolution, service documentation, and spare-parts management.
* Ability to interpret technical manuals, system diagrams, and service procedures.
* Willingness to travel to hospitals and customer locations as required.
