Your Role: Explore different markets, understand customer needs, identify business opportunities, and learn how products and solutions reach the people who need them.

What You’ll Do:

- Visit residential societies, individual homes, hotels, restaurants, schools, factories, temples, dharamshalas, and other institutions to identify requirements and develop direct business.
- Meet architects and interior designers, demonstrate our products and modular concepts, and help customers understand suitable solutions.
- Gain exposure to OEMs, manufacturers, industrial customers, dealers, contractors, and project-based business through rotational assignments.
- Learn to identify prospects, manage enquiries, prepare proposals, coordinate follow-ups, and convert opportunities into orders.
- Use HukumSir to showcase products and facilitate customer discovery and ordering.
- Take ownership of assigned projects, organise site visits, maintain customer records, and share market insights and new business ideas with the team.

Eligibility & Skills:

- Open to energetic, proactive candidates aged 18 and above who have completed Class 10, Class 12, or graduation.
- Freshers are welcome. Prior sales experience is not necessary; curiosity, initiative,



and willingness to learn matter more.
- Valuable communication skills, a presentable approach, basic smartphone/computer proficiency, and willingness to meet new people.
- Comfortable with fieldwork, travel, site visits, and working towards measurable goals.
- Two-wheeler ownership, a valid driving licence, and a helmet are mandatory.
- Hindi and English required; Marathi is an advantage.

Your Learning Journey: Your initial 6–12 months will offer exposure to different markets, products, customer types, and business verticals. You will receive training, practical assignments, and opportunities to take responsibility rather than remain confined to repetitive tasks. As you discover your strengths, you can work towards a specialisation that matches your interests and abilities.
