About the role

The MIS Executive turns sales, stock and advertising data into clear daily reports and dashboards that drive decisions.

Duties

Build and maintain daily and weekly dashboards for sales, stock, advertising and returns across all sales channels.

Clean, join and reconcile marketplace, carrier and accounting reports into one trusted dataset.

Check data quality daily; flag mismatches between portals, books and physical stock.

Track unit economics per product and channel: margin, fees, cost per order.

Forecast product-level demand and recommend replenishment quantities.

Requirements

The required skills are: Advanced Excel with lookups, pivots and Power Query, Dashboard building,



Data cleaning and reconciliation, Report automation basics.

The experience required is 2 to 5 years.

The education required is Graduate (Commerce, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or Engineering preferred).

Pay, hours and benefits

The salary is Rs 25,000 to 35,000 per month, based on experience.

The job type is Full-time, with 8 working hours per day and one weekly day off.

The benefits include 8 days of paid casual leave per year.

The work location is the company office and warehouses in Kolhapur.
