About the Role

Base2Brand Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Marketing Intern to support our digital marketing team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy creating engaging content, exploring social media trends, and helping brands strengthen their online presence.

The selected candidate will gain hands-on experience in social media content planning, audience engagement, and digital brand promotion across different platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Assist in planning and executing social media activities across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
- Create engaging captions, post ideas, reels concepts, stories, and other social media content.
- Research trending topics, hashtags, industry updates, and competitor activities.
- Support the preparation of weekly and monthly social media content calendars.
- Help schedule posts and ensure consistent publishing across platforms.
- Monitor comments, messages, audience interactions, and engagement trends.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors to develop creative social media assets.
- Track basic performance metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement, and follower growth.




- Assist in preparing social media performance reports and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Suggest creative ideas to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and online visibility.

Skills & Requirements

- Interest in social media marketing, content creation, and digital branding.
- Basic understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social platforms.
- Good written communication and creative thinking skills.
- Awareness of current social media trends, reels formats, and content styles.
- Familiarity with Canva or social media scheduling tools is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn analytics, content strategy, and audience growth techniques.
- Freshers and candidates with relevant internship experience are welcome.
- Candidates from Mohali, Chandigarh, or nearby Tricity locations are preferred.
