- Lead and manage the IB curriculum and academic programmes.
- Ensure compliance with IB standards and practices.
- Supervise teachers and support staff.
- Monitor teaching quality, student progress, and academic performance.
- Support curriculum planning and career development.
- Maintain communication with parents, staff, and the IB organization
- Master’s degree in Education or a relevant subject.
- B.Ed. preferred or required as per applicable regulations.
- Significant experience in school leadership and administration.
- Strong knowledge of IB PYP, MYP, or DP programmes.
- IB training and experience preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
