Job Description:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Lead and manage the sales team to drive revenue growth.
- Generate leads and build strong relationships with clients.
- Handle client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Identify new business opportunities in the interior design industry.
- Coordinate with design and execution teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports.

Requirements:

- 5–10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the interior design industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Valuable knowledge of interior design products, materials, and market trends.
- Ability to manage client relationships and lead a sales team.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
