Laxmi and Associates, Chartered Accountant, is looking for motivated and dedicated CA student to join our team as Article Assistant. This opportunity provides practical exposure to auditing, taxation, accounting, GST, and statutory compliance while developing essential skilled skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in conducting statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits.
- Support GST compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and GST reconciliations.
- Assist in preparing income tax returns and handling TDS/TCS compliance.
- Maintain books of accounts and perform bank, ledger, and financial reconciliations.
- Assist with ROC filings, annual returns, director KYC, and company incorporation forms.
- Prepare audit working papers, financial statements, and supporting schedules.
- Assist in handling income tax and GST notices, assessments, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with clients to collect documents and obtain necessary information.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks.





Eligibility Criteria

- Candidates cleared both group of CA intermediate eligible for articleship as per applicable ICAI requirements.
- Basic understanding of accounting, auditing, taxation, and GST.
- Familiarity with Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software is an advantage.
- Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines.
