About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Client Delivery & Account Manager who combines robust Agile/Scrum delivery capabilities with account management ownership. In this role, you will lead cross-functional technology teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality digital solutions, while acting as the primary relationship owner to drive client satisfaction, renewals, and account growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Project Delivery & Agile Leadership: Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives), and optimize team velocity using tools like Jira or Confluence.
- Account & Revenue Ownership: Own the commercial health of the account, track revenue against targets, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and manage contract renewals to minimize churn.
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and translate business requirements into actionable technical deliverables.
- Cross-Functional Team Coordination: Lead and guide development, QA, DevOps, and UI/UX teams to ensure adherence to timelines,



budgets, and security protocols.
- Risk & Governance: Proactively identify project risks, implement mitigation plans, and maintain performance dashboards.

What We're Looking For

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in IT project management within Agile/Scrum environments.
- Solid understanding of the SDLC, DevOps, and cloud-based environments.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
- A consultative, commercially minded approach with strong experience managing client relationships, renewals, or account growth.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
