Role Summary
You will own the moment a customer takes home their Spinny car. From paperwork to the final handover, your job is to make every delivery smooth, on time and memorable.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and run customer car deliveries at the Kochi hub, making sure every car is ready, clean and inspected before handover
- Walk customers through the car’s features, warranty, service plan and documents at the time of delivery
- Complete delivery paperwork,



payment checks and system updates accurately
- Coordinate with the workshop, logistics and RTO teams so cars are delivered on the promised date
- Handle customer questions and concerns on the spot, and escalate issues quickly when needed
- Collect feedback and ensure a high customer satisfaction score on every delivery
- Keep the delivery bay and display area presentable at all times

Requirements

- Graduate (any stream) preferred; 12th pass with strong experience also considered; 1 to 3 years in automobile sales, delivery, retail or customer service
- Confident, polite communication and a customer-first attitude
- Basic knowledge of cars; a valid two-wheeler or four-wheeler licence is a plus
- Comfortable with smartphones, apps and basic data entry
- Willing to work weekends and on a rotational week off (peak delivery days)
- Presentable and punctual
- Positive communication in English and Hindi; Malayalam is a strong plus
