Job Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise technicians handling HCV maintenance and repairs.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and engine-related issues.
- Ensure timely servicing, vehicle inspection, and quality repairs.
- Manage workshop activities and allocate daily jobs to technicians.
- Handle breakdowns and ensure minimum vehicle downtime.
- Maintain service records, job cards, and repair reports.
- Ensure compliance with workshop safety standards and procedures.
- Coordinate with the Service Manager and Parts Department.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HCVs, engines, transmissions, and braking systems.
- Team handling and workshop management skills.
- Expertise in vehicle diagnostics and troubleshooting.
- Experience with commercial vehicle brands such as Tata Motors, Ashok Leyland, or Eicher preferred.
