Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Salon Manager to oversee the daily operations of our salon. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, sales, customer service, and team management skills, along with experience in salon operations and beauty services.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the salon and ensure smooth functioning.
- Supervise, motivate, and manage salon staff, including hairstylists, beauticians, and receptionists.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle client feedback and complaints professionally.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and drive revenue growth through service and product sales.
- Manage appointments, walk-ins, client records, and repeat bookings.
- Monitor inventory, salon products, and stock requirements.
- Maintain salon hygiene, cleanliness, grooming, and service quality standards.
- Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance.
- Promote salon services, packages, memberships, and promotional offers.
- Build strong relationships with clients to improve customer retention.
- Prepare daily sales reports and monitor salon performance.




- Ensure compliance with salon policies and operational procedures.

Candidate Requirements

- 3–5 years of experience in salon management or salon operations.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in team handling and customer relationship management.
- Knowledge of salon services, beauty treatments, and hair services.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve business targets.
- Good organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and experience with salon billing or appointment software preferred.
