We are looking for a skilled Mobile Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain mobile phones and related devices. The candidate should have positive technical knowledge and the ability to provide quality customer service.
- Identify and fix mobile hardware and software issues.
- Repair or replace damaged mobile parts.
- Install and update mobile software.
- Test mobile phones after repairs.
- Attend to customer complaints and explain repair details.
- Maintain repair records and spare parts.
- Protect customer devices and data.
- Follow service quality and safety guidelines.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
