Job Overview

Hamsaraga Hospitals is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Healthcare Marketing Executive to strengthen our hospital's brand presence, increase patient engagement, build referral networks, and support business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and relationship-building skills, a marketing mindset, and an understanding of healthcare promotion.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote hospital services, specialties, and healthcare initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with doctors, clinics, diagnostic centres, corporate organisations, and other referral partners.
- Plan and coordinate health camps, medical awareness programmes, promotional activities, and community outreach initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to increase patient footfall and improve awareness of hospital services.
- Coordinate digital marketing activities, including social media campaigns, content planning, and online promotions.
- Work with internal teams to develop marketing materials, brochures, presentations, and promotional content.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Visit referral partners and prospective corporate clients to develop qualified relationships.
- Monitor campaign performance, maintain marketing reports,



and track lead generation and patient acquisition activities.
- Represent the hospital professionally during meetings, events, and promotional activities.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Experience in healthcare or hospital marketing is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build professional relationships and coordinate marketing activities independently.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel locally for hospital visits, meetings, outreach programmes, and marketing activities.
- Good organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and a results-driven approach.
