Role Description

1. 3D modeling of mechanical products

2. Must have experience from Automation industry, Jigs & Fixture, Conveyor lines, Packaging industry, Material handling equipment’s, Robotic systems.

3. Must have hands on experience in 3D design using Solid edge software.

4. Must have knowledge of Selection of standard Material, Bought out material.

5. Good knowledge of manufacturing processes, Limit, fits & tolerances, GD & T.

6. Detail concept level design preparation.

7. Good communication skill.

8. Must have knowledge of SPM design.

9. Pro-efficient in creating manufacturing drawings.

10. Good presentation skill.

11. Specify and perform engineering calculations& analysis.

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience.

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering




- Experience :- Must have 2 to 4 years of experience in similar field .
- Must have working knowledge of Solid Edge , Auto cad.

Technical Skills & Experience:

- Proficient in Design Engineering and Product Design
- Hands-on experience with 3D design using Solid Edge CAD software
- Strong capability in 3D modeling of mechanical products
- Proficient in creating detailed manufacturing drawings
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes, limits, fits & tolerances, and GD&T;
- Experience in engineering calculations and technical analysis

Industry Experience:

- Prior work in the Automation Industry is a must
- Experience with Jigs & Fixtures, Conveyor Lines, Packaging Industry, Material Handling Equipment, and Robotic Systems
- Knowledge and experience in SPM (Special Purpose Machines) Design

Component Knowledge:

- Competent in selection of standard and bought-out materials

Soft Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Good presentation skills
