About the Role

We are looking for a capable, responsible, and experienced Account Manager to manage the financial operations, accounting, reporting, and business performance of our two tyre showrooms, handling an annual business volume of approximately ₹30 crore.

The candidate must be comfortable working in person at both showroom locations and ensuring accurate financial records, effective cash flow management, and strong financial control.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage accounts, bookkeeping, and financial transactions for both showrooms.
- Monitor sales, purchases, expenses, receivables, and payables.
- Handle GST compliance, TDS, invoicing, and coordination with auditors.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, cash flow reports, and management reports.
- Monitor customer outstanding payments and supplier dues.
- Reconcile bank accounts, cash balances, and ledger accounts.
- Maintain stock and inventory-related financial records in coordination with the operations team.
- Identify financial discrepancies, control unnecessary expenses, and improve profitability.
- Coordinate with management to support budgeting and financial decision-making.




- Ensure proper financial reporting and accountability across both showrooms.

Candidate Requirements

- Preferred age: 25–35 years; candidates above 40 years will not be considered under the stated hiring criteria.
- Education: MBA in Finance preferred. Candidates with a robust relevant accounting and finance background may also be considered.
- Relevant experience in accounting, finance, or accounts management, preferably in automotive, tyre distribution, wholesale, or retail businesses.
- Practical knowledge of GST, TDS, financial reporting, bank reconciliation, and accounting software.
- Ability to manage accounts and financial controls for two business locations.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and responsibility.
- Must be physically present and available to coordinate with both showrooms as required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
