Job Easy is looking for a agile, results-driven Field Sales Officer to drive merchant and job seeker acquisitions in the Tosham and surrounding Bhiwani district regions. As a Field Sales Officer, you will engage directly with local employers, businesses, and active job seekers to introduce them to Job Easy’s streamlined recruitment platform, guiding them through our tiered subscription plans.

This is a high-earning, performance-based opportunity where your income is directly tied to your sales efforts, backed by instant payouts and transparent digital tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Field Prospecting: Visit local businesses, retail stores, manufacturing units, service providers, and offices in Tosham and the wider Bhiwani region to understand their hiring needs.
- Direct Outreach: Connect with local job seekers and professionals to explain the benefits of upgrading their profiles for better career visibility.
- Plan Pitching & Demonstration: Showcase the value proposition of Job Easy’s Job Seeker and Employer subscription tiers.
- Transaction Management: Utilize our interactive payment checkout system to process subscriptions, generate live digital receipts instantly, and secure immediate publication to the live job board and financial ledger.
- Relationship Building: Maintain ongoing relationships with local employers to encourage renewals and repeat plan upgrades.

Commission Structure & Earnings





Your earnings depend entirely on the specific plans you successfully sell to Job Seekers and Employers. Every successful transaction is instantly processed and logged.

1. Job Seeker Plan Sales

- Standard Plan Selling: Rs 50 commission per sale
- Pro Listing Plan Selling: Rs 150 commission per sale
- Featured Placement Plan Selling: Rs 250 commission per sale
- Urgent Hiring Blitz Plan Selling: Rs 400 commission per sale

2. Employer Plan Sales

- Standard Plan Selling: Rs 250 commission per sale
- Pro Plan Selling: Rs 500 commission per sale
- Premium Plan Selling: Rs 1,000 commission per sale
- Urgent Hiring Blitz Plan Selling: Rs 2,000 commission per sale

Requirements & Qualifications

- Local presence and strong familiarity with the business landscape of Tosham and Bhiwani district.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills in Hindi and/or Haryanvi/English.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented mindset with a passion for field sales and direct client acquisition.
- Smartphone or tablet for managing digital checkouts, receipts, and ledger updates.
