Axis Max Life Insurance is seeking a highly motivated Associate Agency Development Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the development and management of a strong agency force in your designated area. Your primary objective will be to recruit, train, and supervise a team of insurance agents, ensuring that they meet their sales targets and provide exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruit and onboard new agents to build a productive sales team.




- Provide training and support to agents to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.
- Monitor agents' performance and implement strategies to improve productivity.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to foster a positive work setting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Organize motivational events and training sessions to improve team morale.

Skills and Tools Required:

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with insurance products and financial services industry is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking software is a plus.
