School PRO – Door-to-Door Admission Executive

Position: Public Relations Officer (PRO)

Job Description:

- Visit nearby residential areas, houses, playways, schools, and local communities to promote the school.
- Meet parents and introduce them to the school’s academic programs, facilities, activities, and admission opportunities.
- Generate current admission enquiries through door-to-door visits and personal interaction.
- Distribute school brochures, admission forms, flyers, and promotional material.
- Collect contact details of interested parents and maintain proper records of leads.
- Follow up with parents through phone calls and personal visits.
- Invite interested parents for school visits, counselling sessions, and admission meetings.
- Explain the school’s fee structure, facilities, curriculum, transport, activities, and other relevant information.
- Build strong relationships with parents and people in the local community.
- Identify potential admission areas and nearby schools/playways for outreach activities.




- Support the Admission Team in achieving monthly admission targets.
- Participate in school campaigns, events, rallies, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Submit daily reports of visits, enquiries, follow-ups, and admission leads to the management.

Required Skills

- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Confident and friendly personality.
- Ability to communicate in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
- Willingness to travel locally for door-to-door visits.
- Good parent-handling and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Previous experience in school admissions, field marketing, counselling, or sales will be an advantage.

Target: Generate quality admission leads and convert them into confirmed school admissions through effective door-to-door outreach and parent interaction.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
