We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Core Recruiter/Telecaller to connect with companies, explain the SarvaLinks platform, onboard employers, and understand their bulk hiring requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Make daily outbound calls to companies.
- Explain SarvaLinks and onboard employers.
- Collect job vacancies and bulk hiring requirements.
- Follow up with HR managers and maintain company records.
- Achieve daily calling and onboarding targets.
Requirements:
- Positive communication and convincing skills.
- Experience in telecalling, recruitment, or sales preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and follow-up skills.
Pay: ₹8,600.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
