## Role Overview

This is a staff augmentation role supporting non-core HR Operations activities. The resource will support HR Shared Services by managing contractor operations, maintaining workforce records, monitoring attendance and leave compliance, and coordinating with HR teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.

## Key Responsibilities

- Manage incoming HR operational requests and ensure timely, accurate completion.

- Maintain contractor records for onboarding, extensions, transfers, and offboarding.

- Track contract end dates and coordinate renewals or closures.

- Maintain attendance and leave records, validate exceptions, and monitor absenteeism.

- Coordinate with HR teams, vendors, contractors, and business stakeholders to resolve queries.

- Maintain process documentation, trackers, SOPs, and knowledge documents.

- Identify process improvements and support projects assigned by the Senior Manager.

- Guide contractors on attendance,



leave policies, and operational procedures.

## Mandatory Requirements

- *2–4 years of leadership experience.*

- *Project Management skills.*

- *Strong computer skills, including MS Office, SharePoint, and other web-based tools.*

## Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in HR.

- 6+ years of work experience, preferably in HR / Talent Acquisition.

- Accurate attendance, leave, and contractor records.

- Compliance with workforce data requirements.

- Quality of reporting and stakeholder satisfaction.

- Continuous process improvement.

Pay: Up to ₹1,100,000.00 per year
