About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers who have good communication skills, an interest in IT sales, and a willingness to learn about business development and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
- Reach out to prospective clients through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Understand client requirements and introduce relevant IT services and solutions.
- Assist in lead generation, follow-ups, and maintaining client relationships.
- Schedule meetings with potential clients and support the sales team.
- Maintain records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.




- Work towards business development targets under the guidance of the team.

- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Interest in IT sales, business development, and client interaction.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work in a team.
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office is an advantage.
