About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to help our software development teams plan, organize, and deliver high-quality software efficiently.

You will work closely with software developers, QA engineers, product owners, and business stakeholders to ensure projects move forward with clear priorities, strong accountability, and minimal blockers.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can bring structure and discipline to a fast-moving software development environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including:
- Daily stand-ups
- Sprint planning
- Sprint reviews
- Sprint retrospectives
- Backlog refinement
- Work with Product Owners to ensure the product backlog is properly prioritized and ready for development.
- Help the development team define realistic sprint commitments.
- Track sprint progress and ensure assigned work is completed on schedule.
- Identify and remove blockers that prevent developers or QA engineers from completing their work.
- Monitor project dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines.
- Ensure user stories have explicit requirements and acceptance criteria before development begins.
- Promote accountability across development and QA teams.
- Track and communicate sprint metrics, delivery status, and project risks.
- Help prevent scope changes from disrupting active sprints.
- Coordinate closely with developers, QA engineers, product owners, and management.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement in the software development process.
- Maintain accurate project information in tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
- Help teams improve sprint predictability, velocity, quality, and delivery performance.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.




- Experience working directly with software development teams.
- Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, dependencies, and deadlines.
- Strong organizational and project-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to identify problems quickly and drive them toward resolution.
- Experience with Agile project-management tools such as:
- Azure DevOps
- Jira
- Similar Scrum/project-management platforms

Preferred Skills

Experience with the following would be an advantage:

- Microsoft Azure DevOps
- SaaS software development
- .NET development environments
- QA and automated software testing processes
- CI/CD software delivery
- Product backlog management
- Release planning
- Software project management
- Working with distributed or international teams

Scrum Master certification such as CSM, PSM I, PSM II, or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
