Anantam Farm House is a private farmhouse destination offering staycations, celebrations, events, and
professional shoots. We are hiring a responsible Manager to supervise daily operations, coordinate the team, and
ensure a smooth guest experience.
Job Description
We are looking for an on-site Manager with 1–2 years of relevant experience in farmhouse, hospitality, property, or
operations management. Preference will be given to candidates living in Hamidpur Village or nearby areas for
convenient travel and local availability.
Key Responsibilities

- Daily Operations: Oversee farmhouse operations, property readiness, and day-to-day coordination.
- Guest & Booking Management: Handle guest check-ins/check-outs, booking coordination, queries, and service
- issues.
- Staff Supervision: Assign duties to housekeeping, maintenance, and other in office staff; ensure work completion.
- Property Upkeep: Monitor cleanliness and maintenance of rooms, lawns, pool, and common areas.
- Event Coordination: Support smooth arrangements for stays, celebrations, events, and photoshoots.
- Reporting: Update management on bookings,



staff work, property issues, and guest feedback.
- Emergency Leave Handover: Before leaving due to an emergency, assign pending tasks to available farmhouse

staff, communicate priorities, and inform management so operations continue smoothly, wherever reasonablypossible.Working Conditions & Leaveweekends. Working hours, breaks, and statutory rest/leave will be arranged in accordance with applicable rules.needs.and proper handover of responsibilities wherever feasible.Skills Required

- 7-day operational requirement: The role involves managing farmhouse activities throughout the week, including
- Rest at the farmhouse: Rest/break time will be provided on-site depending on guest schedules and operational
- Emergency leave: Leave may be granted for genuine emergencies, subject to prompt intimation to management
- 1–2 years of relevant management or hospitality experience
- Preference for candidates residing in or close to Hamidpur Village
- Good guest-handling and communication skills
- Ability to supervise staff and manage day-to-day issues
- Responsible, organized, and capable of coordinating operations across all 7 days

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
