Sandwizza is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Store In-Charge to manage inventory, stock movement, and daily store operations at its café/food service outlets in Pune.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily store and inventory operations.
- Maintain accurate records of stock received, issued, and available.
- Monitor stock levels of food ingredients, beverages, packaging materials, and other supplies.
- Conduct regular physical stock checks and inventory audits.
- Check expiry dates and follow FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff, outlet managers, and suppliers.
- Prepare purchase requests and ensure timely availability of materials.
- Minimize stock wastage, shortages, and discrepancies.
- Maintain proper storage, cleanliness, and hygiene standards.
- Prepare daily and monthly stock reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Previous experience in storekeeping, inventory management, or store operations is preferred.
- Experience in the café, restaurant, QSR, or food industry will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory records.
- Good communication, organizational, and coordination skills.




- Ability to manage stock accurately and work in a fast-paced environment.
