Role & Responsibilities

As a Sales cum Business Development Executive, you will be the face of our company, bridging our world-class engineering products with clients who need them. Your core responsibilities will include:

- Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities, prospective clients, and key markets within the electrical and power sector.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with contractors, industrial clients, and stakeholders.
- Technical & Commercial Sales: Present, promote, and sell our range of transformers using solid arguments and technical understanding.
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Manage the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closure.
- Market Research: Keep a close eye on competitor trends, market demand,



and pricing strategies in the region.

Who We Are Looking For -

- Education: B.Tech in Electrical Engineering OR MBA (Marketing / General Management).
- Location Constraint: Strictly for candidates belonging to/residing in Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh.
- Skills:
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A strong technical aptitude (especially for B.Tech candidates) or sharp business acumen (for MBA candidates).
- High energy, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in local languages and regional networking.
