Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Accountant who can independently manage end-to-end accounting operations for a technology-driven startup, including hardware inventory accounting, statutory compliances, and coordination with external CA firms.

This is a hands-on role requiring ownership, accuracy, and solid understanding of startup operations rather than just book entry work.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end day-to-day accounting including sales, purchases, expenses, and vouchers.
- Handle bank transactions, reconciliations, and maintain real-time cash flow visibility.
- Monitor receivables, payables, and ageing reports with timely follow-ups.
- Maintain and reconcile hardware inventory, stock evaluation and tracking.
- Ensure accurate GST compliance including returns, ITC reconciliation, and payments.




- Handle TDS deductions, payments, and quarterly return filings.
- Support payroll accounting, statutory deductions, and employee reimbursements.
- Prepare monthly MIS including P&L;, cash flow, expense analysis, and inventory reports.
- Maintain books of accounts and ensure audit-ready documentation at all times.
- Coordinate with external CA firms for audits, tax filings, and statutory compliances

Software & Tools

- Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
- Experience with inventory or ERP systems is an advantage

Preferred Skills & Traits

- Experience in technology / hardware-based companies
- Strong understanding of inventory accounting
- Ability to work independently in a startup environment
- Good coordination and communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From ₹300,000.00 per year
