We are looking for a confident, presentable and well-spoken candidate to join our Dermatology & Aesthetic Clinic.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp enquiries and online leads

* Understand patient requirements and coordinate consultations

* Explain doctor-recommended skin, hair and aesthetic treatments

* Follow up with prospective and existing patients

* Convert enquiries into appointments and treatment plans

* Explain treatment packages and pricing

* Maintain CRM and daily follow-up records

* Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff

* Achieve monthly conversion and sales targets

Candidate Profile

* Fresher or 1–2 years’ experience

* Graduate preferred

* Good Hindi and English communication

* Confident personality and good counselling skills

* Presentable and qualified

* Basic computer/CRM knowledge

* Experience in dermatology, aesthetic clinics, healthcare, beauty, telecalling or sales will be an advantage

Preferred location: Vaishali, Indirapuram, Vasundhara, Kaushambi and nearby areas.

Pay: ₹15,059.82 - ₹33,558.63 per month
