Job Summary

We are looking for a Fire & Safety / EHS Officer with 2–3 years of experience in Environment, Health & Safety (EHS), preferably in the manufacturing or FMCG industry. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining workplace safety, ensuring fire safety compliance, and implementing EHS policies and procedures at the manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and monitor EHS policies, safety procedures, and workplace safety standards.
- Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and hazard identification.
- Ensure proper maintenance and readiness of fire extinguishers, firefighting systems, alarms, and emergency exits.
- Organize fire drills, emergency response activities, and employee safety training.
- Ensure compliance with applicable factory safety regulations and statutory requirements.
- Investigate workplace accidents, incidents, and near misses and implement corrective actions.




- Monitor PPE usage and ensure adherence to safe working practices.
- Maintain EHS documentation, safety reports, inspection records, and compliance registers.
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, and other departments to address safety concerns.
- Support safety audits, environmental monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Mandatory Skills

- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in EHS, fire safety, or industrial safety.
- Manufacturing industry experience; FMCG exposure preferred.
- Knowledge of fire prevention, emergency preparedness, and industrial safety practices.
- Understanding of risk assessments, incident investigation, safety audits, and statutory compliance.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with experience in FMCG, food processing, packaging, or other manufacturing industries will be preferred. Relevant Fire & Safety / Industrial Safety certifications and practical experience in factory safety management will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
